We are looking for an inspired and motivatedIntern -Junior Data & AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of data pipelines and workflows within the Sonata platform collaborating with the Product and AI teams to build solutions that support data analysis informed decision-making and innovation at Taptap.
Requirements of the role
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology or a related field and eligible for an internship.
- Basic knowledge of databases.
- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence technologies such as LLM or ChatGPT.
- Basic knowledge of Big Data architectures.
- Experience with PostgreSQL MongoDB and Python.
- Experience using AI agents for software development and research (e.g. Claude Code Codex).
- Knowledge of REST APIs.
- Assist in building and maintaining data systems and pipelines to support the visualization of business metrics.
- Participate in the processing and analysis of large volumes of data to generate actionable insights.
- Contribute to AI-driven innovation projects aimed at optimizing business processes and workflows.
- Analyze design and develop RAG architectures.
- Implement mechanisms to improve data quality and accuracy from both technical and business perspectives.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to the continuous evolution of Taptaps technology stack.
- Paid 6-month internship with a possibility of further development within the company to for selected candidates.
