Ingenieroa de Instalaciones (Building Engineer) Madrid

Estamos buscando un INGENIERO DE INSTALACIONES (BUILDING ENGINEER) para proyectos en MADRID

•  Soporte al área de PMO (Project Monitoring) para edificios en construcción de uso residencial terciario e industrial: 
  • Análisis de la documentación del proyecto y realización de informe inicial. 
  • Monitorización de la obra: realización de visitas y elaboración de informes mensuales. 
  • Análisis de la documentación final de obra y realización del informe final.
  • Asistencia técnica al cliente durante la duración del proyecto. 
• Soporte al área de ingeniería de TDD (Technical Due Diligence) en la realización de informes técnicos de edificios construidos de uso principalmente terciario (administrativo docente comercial pública concurrencia residencial público etc.) e industrial (naves logísticas): 
• Análisis de la documentación disponible. 
• Análisis de la normativa de aplicación. 
• Realización de visitas y redacción de informes técnicos (TDD). 
• Asistencia técnica al cliente durante la duración del proyecto.

Además la persona deberá participar y colaborar en el Sistema de Gestión implantado a través del conocimiento y puesta en práctica de:

• Cumplimiento de políticas de Calidad y Medioambiente.
• Aplicación del Manual de Buenas prácticas Medioambientales.
• Cumplimiento de políticas y estándares globales de SyS.

Qualifications :

Requisitos:

• Formación como Ingeniero de Instalaciones en edificios. 
• Conocimientos sólidos de las instalaciones de un edificio: climatización ventilación electricidad AT y BT protección contra incendios fontanería y saneamiento energías renovables combustibles etc. 
• Conocimiento de la normativa de referencia: CTE REBT RITE etc. 
• Nivel C1 inglés (mínimo). 
• Experiencia mínima de 5 años.
