What you will do

You will lead business-critical projects from planning to implementation ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and with the expected quality standards.

• Lead projects from initiation to completion ensuring clear objectives timelines and deliverables.

• Work closely with internal teams stakeholders and external partners to drive successful project execution.

• Create and manage project plans budgets resources risks and governance structures.

• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks issues and roadblocks.

• Provide regular updates and recommendations to project sponsors and key stakeholders.

• Ensure smooth implementation of project outcomes and successful handover to the business.

• Maintain clear project documentation in line with Nutreco standards.

• Promote collaboration engagement and accountability across project teams.

• Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement in project management.

What you bring

• University degree in Engineering

• Proven experience managing projects in areas such as Operations Engineering Business Development IT Finance HR or similar.

• Experience managing budgets timelines risks and cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g. PMBOK PRINCE2 Agile or similar).

• Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
