Influencer Marketing Trainee (Native Italian Preferred)

Are you passionate about social media influencers and digital marketing

Olistic is looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern to support our team and gain hands-on experience with real campaigns on Instagram TikTok and other platforms.

Important: This internship requires a university agreement (convenio universitario).

What youll do

As an intern you will assist the Influencer Marketing team in key tasks:

Researching and identifying influencer profiles on Instagram and TikTok

Supporting product shipments and tracking logistics

Reviewing content to ensure compliance with brand guidelines

Managing calendars and publication schedules

Collecting basic campaign metrics (reach engagement views)

Assisting in creating simple campaign reports and tracking results

Organizing documents materials and files for the team

Providing general operational support fostering autonomy and teamwork

What were looking for

Native Italian speaker (preferred)

Interest in influencer marketing social media and digital marketing

Good Spanish and/or English skills

Proactive organized and detail-oriented

Quick learner and team player
