As an Industry Technical Consultant you will be primarilyresponsible for troubleshooting and solving complex clients problems training technical audiences recommending operational efficiency improvements for our clients utility systems and validating new innovative technologies. You will also assist Corporate Account Managers and Sales Reps in makingtechnical relatedsales calls and presentations at a corporate level. You will research identify and define market and product application opportunities and assist in developing and implementing marketing plans to capture identified sales opportunities.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with field sales and corporate account teams to support industry-specific or strategic technical sales opportunities.

• Work closely with clients to understand their technology requirements recommend suitable solutions and provide training and support to ensure proper use of implemented systems.

• Deliver best-in-class expertise system optimization and problem solving in the most dynamic and challenging customer environments

• Play a critical role in demonstratingtotalvalue deliveredand selling value of our solutions combining chemistry automation digital equipment and engineered solutions

• Lead problem solving efforts by utilizing various root cause analysis methodologies to resolve application or best practice concerns at customer sites

• Assesswater treatment programsrecommendand quantifyoperational efficiency improvement projects in a documented report.

• Collaborate with R&D and Marketing on Innovation projects from ideation to launch by completing Phase Gate milestones such as refining value propositions defining operational savings creating technical documentation and educating internal and external stakeholders.

• Lead innovation pilot applications technical trials and market trials

• Delivers value to our customers utilizing a problem-solving mindset to deliver innovative results

• Facilitate training for associates and customers sharing your specialized knowledge to foster skill development and proficiency.

• Coach individuals in the organization on processes applications technologies and value documentation

Position Details:

• This position is remote and will supportcustomers across Europe

• 50% ormoreovernight travel required

• Includes benefits package and company car

Your profile:

• Demonstrable technical expertise and experience in optimizing water/wastewater and coolingoperations in theSemi-Conductor Industry

• Proven experience in complex chemistry automation digital equipment and engineered solutions both from Ecolab and the wider industry

• Inquisitive mind challenging the status quo and embracing disruptive technologies

• Excellent communicator able to consult coach and mentor both internal stakeholders and customers alike

• Value mindset with a focus on deliveringmeasurable savings and impactto our customers

• Solution orientedproblem solvingmindset to complex challenges

• Willing and able to travel throughout Europe to customer sites

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree

• Strong technical knowledgeof water treatment cooling applicationsand solutions

• 5 years of successful technical implementation production management process engineering technical sales or field sales support experience

• Must have a valid Drivers License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering(Chemical MechanicalProcess)

• Recognized as an expert in industry or technology focus

• Strongproblem solvingmindset and approach

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Self-motivatedpro-active result-orientedprofessionalwith an ability to work with minimum direction.
