Job Summary
Responsibilities / Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Support credit card processes contract management and procurement systems
- Assist with ESG reporting compliance tracking and legal coordination
- Help manage tenders supplier onboarding and database management
- Conduct supplier and market research spend analysis and cost tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers; support contract renewals
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling documentation and presentations
- Contribute to various procurement projects and ad-hoc tasks
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Must be in the final year of a Bachelors or Masters degree. Eligible to undertake an internship as part of your academic program.
- Fluent in English and Spanish German is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
