Icelandic-Speaking Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an Icelandic-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team based in Barcelona Spain.

• Provide professional customer support via phone and email.
• Assist customers with service-related payment and technical inquiries.
• Deliver accurate information while following established procedures.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer requests efficiently.

• Native or C2 level Icelandic.
• Advanced English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills (MS Office and CRM systems).
• Customer-focused with a proactive solution-oriented mindset.
• Previous customer service or contact center experience is an advantage.

• Location: Barcelona Spain
• Schedule: 38.5 hours/week MondaySunday (rotational shifts)
• Working Hours: Between 09:00 and 20:00
• Salary: 22249 gross/year
