Icelandic Speakers for Booking CS

Looking to level up your resume by working with one of the worlds leading travel tech brands We are looking for fluent Icelandic speakers to join the project in Barcelona offering a flexible Hybrid work setup!

With a start date of June 1st we are moving quickly with fast-track interviews this week.

Location: Barcelona Spain (Modern office near Westfield Glòries)

Work Model: Hybrid (Combines home office and onsite training/collaboration) Start Date: June 1st (Urgent intake)

Hours: 38.5 hours/week

The Role (Customer Service Specialist): As the voice of you will deliver world-class customer support helping international travelers and global accommodation partners resolve inquiries regarding reservations payments and services via phone and email.

What we are looking for:

• Languages: C2 level Icelandic advanced English.
• A passion for customer service active listening and a problem-solving mindset.
• Tech-savvy with good PC skills (Office 365 CRM databases).
• Previous experience in customer service hospitality or travel environments is highly valued but not mandatory.

• Salary: 22249 gross/year
