Job Summary
Build upon your classroom studies through our Hotel Internship Program opportunities. You will learn first-hand about a hotels operations. ARE YOU READY
- Spanish and English fluency
- Start date: december
- Duration: 6 months
- Full time internship - 40 hours a week
- Be able to have an internship agreement contract with your educational institution
- Gain exposure to the areas of Recruitment Training Payroll and HR Administration.
- Provide support with a variety of administrative tasks.
- Participate in CASTING CENTERS: Assist in the interview process and accompany candidates from their welcome session through to the completion of their hiring journey.
- Participate in and support internal communication processes as well as the preparation of team-building activities and employee training sessions.
You will be responsible for:
- Conducting the onboarding process for new employees.
- Managing contract signing and the collection and filing of employee documentation (internal records).
- Handling employee registration and medical leave processes.
