Position: Human Resources Expert Spanish (Spain) - AI Training
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Oct 23 to Nov 19
Commitment: 21 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks in Human Resources.
• Build workspaces and files to simulate real HR environments.
• Write prompts and create grading rubrics based on HR practices in Spain.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to improve task accuracy and relevance.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 5 years in HR (business partnering employee relations compensation or talent).
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.
• Knowledge of the Estatuto de los Trabajadores collective agreements Social Security and Spanish payroll.
