HR Trainee

Were looking for someone curious organised and genuinely interested in learning how People & HR works in a global company. Youll join our international HR team and get hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle from onboarding new colleagues to supporting HR processes that help our people thrive.

Youll work with employees across multiple countries support day-to-day HR operations learn how HR systems and processes work in practice and get exposure to a fast-paced global organisation where people truly matter.

Youll get involved in a wide range of HR activities not just one area. That includes:

• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.

• Assisting with HR administration and employee documentation while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

• Helping coordinate HR development activities and learning initiatives.

• Supporting employee records and ensuring data is up to date across our systems.

• Managing administrative processes related to students and interns across the organisation.

• Assisting with HR projects and process improvements that help us work smarter and more efficiently.

• Preparing HR-related communications presentations and reports.

• Working closely with HR colleagues across different countries to support our global workforce.

• Using digital tools and technology to streamline HR processes and improve the employee experience.

• Youre currently studying a Bachelors degree or preferably a Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology Labour Relations Law or a related field.

• You must be able to sign an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) through your university or educational institution.

• Youre comfortable using Microsoft Office especially Word Excel and PowerPoint.

• You work in a structured and organised way paying attention to the details that matter.

• Youre able to take ownership of tasks and work independently when needed.

• You enjoy collaborating with others and communicating with people from different backgrounds.

• You have a good command of English both written and spoken.

• Youre curious proactive eager to learn and excited to build a career in Human Resources.

• Bonus points if youve had previous exposure to HR administration HR systems or employee-related processes.
