Role overview

The HR Manager (Southern Europe) will be instrumental in providing expert HR advice and guidance across employee lifecycle experiences including onboarding offboarding probation periods maternity sickness absence and performance will be a local specialist designing and implementing People local operations to fit within the global frameworks as well as working with business stakeholders and HR Business Partners on local execution of the functional People strategies.

People & Culture Strategy

• Work with the EMEA and global teamstolocalisePeople & Culture strategies and tacticsto ensure maximum impact and engagement.
• Monitoranalyseand provideinsightsregardingorganisationalhealthPeople & Culture KPIs and metricsthat can form part of the wider EMEA P&C strategiesor operational improvements.

Employee Experience

• Secondpoint of contact for HRadvicetomanagers and team membersescalating matters to thePeopleExperienceDirectoror HR Business Partner where needed.

• Work with the EMEApayroll benefits&administration teamsto ensure HRadministrationbenefitspoliciesand processesare compliant with local laws and regulations whilst also conveying theSharkNinjasculture andmindset.Responsible forlocalcommunicationregardingnew policies and processes.

• Management of employee relationsmatters by providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies procedures and local employment laws specific tothecountries in their scope.Conduct informal and formal investigations or processes in acompliantconsistentand fair manner.

• Drive employee engagement initiatives that underpin our culture and that are tailored to the regional needs of thelocalteams.Organiseandparticipatein regional employee events and activities.

Talent Management

• Employee onboarding ensuringall newteam members understand the SN mindset and how weoperatein order toaccelerate their impact on the business.

• Development of line manager capability through coachingmentoringand other management development capabilities.

• Management of key talent managementprocessese.g.probation periodsandannual performance reviews.
• Facilitatelearning activities whereappropriate such asOutrageouslyExtraordinaryCulture connect sessions

Attributes and skills you will bring:

• Canoperateautonomously

• Prior experience in an HRManagerrolewithina regional role ina largeorganisation.

• Strong knowledge ofemployment laws and HR best practices for the region - currently Italy and Spain

• Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and Italian

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

• High levelof discretion and ability to handle sensitive information
