About the role :

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Generalist to join our HR team and support the full employee lifecycle during a maternity leave cover.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working across different HR areas combining operational HR support with employee-focused processes.

What you will do:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Post job openings and screen CVs.
  • Coordinate interviews and collect feedback.
  • Prepare contracts and employee documentation.
  • Support and improve the onboarding process.

2. Employee Administration

  • Maintain employee records and HR systems.
  • Support probation reviews and contract renewals.
  • Assist with promotions role changes and exits.
  • Help implement HR policies and procedures.

3. Employee Support & Engagement

  • Be the first point of contact for HR-related questions.
  • Support team events and well-being initiatives.
  • Help promote company culture and internal communication.

4. Performance & Development

  • Coordinate performance review cycles.
  • Support managers with goal setting and feedback processes.
  • Collect and analyze performance data.
  • Assist in talent and succession planning.

5. Training & Learning

  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
  • Track participation and maintain training records.
  • Research learning platforms and development programs.

6. HR Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure HR records meet legal and company standards.
  • Support HR reports on workforce data and engagement.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field (or ongoing studies preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (internship experience acceptable).
  • Strong level of English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of HRIS systems.
  • Masters degree in human resources is desirable.
