As HR Generalist initially your focus will be on HR operations administration payroll coordination and ensuring compliance with Spanish labour legislation and collective agreements. As our People function continues to evolve youll have the opportunity to take on a broader role in shaping our employee experience culture engagement and development initiatives

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and administration throughout the employee lifecycle.

• Coordinate employment contracts amendments onboarding offboarding and employee documentation.

• Support monthly payroll processes working closely with our external gestoría to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

• Ensure compliance with Spanish labour legislation collective agreements and internal policies.

• Monitor working hours holidays absences and employee records ensuring information is accurate and up to date.

• Provide practical HR guidance and support to General Managers and Operations Managers.

• Support employee relations matters including disciplinary procedures and performance management.

• Maintain accurate HR data prepare reports and monitor key People metrics.

• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes systems and ways of working.

• Contribute to employee engagement workplace culture learning and development and employee experience initiatives as the role evolves.

• You have previous experience in an HR Generalist HR Operations or similar role.

• You have experience working in hospitality ideally within the restaurant industry.

• You have a strong understanding of Spanish labour law and collective agreements.

• Youre familiar with payroll processes HR administration and working with external suppliers.

• Youre highly organised detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

• You have a proactive hands-on approach and enjoy finding practical solutions.

• Youre comfortable working with HR systems employee data and reporting tools.

• Youre fluent in both Spanish and English.

• Experience with Skello or similar workforce-management systems is a plus.
