THE ROLE

As our HR Business Partner you will work closely with the Area HR Manager business leaders and the wider HR & Talent team to align our people strategies with business goals. You will help create a seamless engaging and inspiring employee experience. From driving HR initiatives to ensuring our employees have the right tools and support to succeedyou will be the go-to person for all things HR!

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals

• Be a mentor and support junior HR team members

• Lead employee engagement efforts to keep our teams motivated and happy

• Help managers develop their teams and ensure employees have the tools to thrive

• Oversee legal compliance in HR processes and policies

• Ensure smooth onboarding for new team members using our HiBob system

• Manage HR admin and system compliance tasks

• Coordinate learning and development initiatives

• Provide support on absenteeism sick leave and employee well-being

• Act as a trusted advisor responding to internal and external HR inquiries

• Recruit the right people together with the department heads

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelors degree in HR business hospitality or a relevant field

• Proven experience as an HR Coordinator / Executive or similar role

• Experience working in an HR role within a matrix organization

• Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law

• Fluency in Spanish & English (essential)
