As a Hostess at MB** by Martín Berasategui you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience from the very first interaction. You will be part of a professional team committed to excellence ensuring every guest receives a warm elegant and personalized welcome while contributing to a memorable dining experience.

We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for hospitality excellent presentation strong attention to detail outstanding organizational skills and a natural professional communication style.

• Welcome and greet guests with warmth elegance and professionalism creating an exceptional first impression.

• Manage the reception of guests and escort them to their tables in accordance with fine-dining service standards.

• Manage and organize reservations arrivals table assignments and changes throughout the service.

• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of table availability and restaurant layout in order to optimize the flow of service.

• Communicate and coordinate closely with the restaurant team kitchen reservations and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

• Handle telephone calls guest enquiries and requests with professionalism discretion and efficiency.

• Manage waiting times and communicate estimated times clearly while maintaining a positive and guest-focused attitude.

• Identify and communicate guest preferences special occasions dietary requirements and any other relevant information to the appropriate team members.

• Develop a strong knowledge of the restaurants culinary concept products ingredients and philosophy in order to provide guests with accurate and relevant information.

• Maintain a warm and professional relationship with guests throughout their experience anticipating their needs whenever possible.

• Handle special requests and guest concerns with empathy discretion and a solution-oriented approach involving the appropriate manager when necessary.

• Ensure that the reception area entrance and guest-facing spaces are always clean organized and presented according to the restaurants standards.

• Support the Front of House team with any additional tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the service.

• Actively contribute to maintaining The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards paying attention to every detail of the guest experience.

• A natural ability to communicate creating a sense of trust elegance and warmth from the very first interaction.

• A genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service.

• Previous experience as a Hostess Restaurant Receptionist Guest Relations professional or in a similar position within luxury hotels fine dining or high-end hospitality.

• Excellent personal presentation and a professional attitude.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail particularly in dynamic and demanding environments.

• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with different departments.

• A genuine passion for delivering personalized attentive and precise service.

• The ability to remain calm composed discreet and solution-oriented in different situations.

• Fluent communication skills in English and Spanish. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.

• A valid work permit for Spain.
