Position Objective:

Provide operational support in the management of hospitality areas dressing rooms and green rooms ensuring that guests artists drivers/riders ambassadors speakers and participants have access to the necessary spaces services and information throughout the event.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests artists and participants upon arrival at their designated areas.
  • Support the setup organization and maintenance of dressing rooms green rooms and hospitality spaces.
  • Monitor the availability of beverages snacks catering and support materials reporting any replenishment needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness order and professional presentation standards across backstage and hospitality areas.
  • Assist in locating and escorting participants when requested by the Production or Stage Management teams.
  • Respond to basic inquiries from guests and participants escalating issues to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
  • Support access control procedures and ensure the proper use of assigned spaces.
  • Collaborate with Production Hospitality and Stage Management teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Perform general logistical and operational support tasks as required by event needs.
