Job Summary

Our client is a specialist turnkey construction company delivering complex projects across the data centre energy defence and advanced technology sectors. The Role
We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health safety and environmental initiatives across our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE regulations promoting a strong safety culture minimizing workplace risks and supporting the safe delivery of complex projects within the data centre energy and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop implement and monitor Health Safety & Environmental policies procedures and management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation company standards and client specific HSE requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections audits and safety assessments across all active projects.
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Deliver safety inductions toolbox talks and HSE training.
  • Monitor environmental compliance waste management and sustainability initiatives.
  • Support project teams and subcontractors in maintaining safe working practices.
  • Prepare HSE reports safety statistics and performance metrics.
  • Ensure appropriate emergency response and evacuation procedures are established and maintained.


Requisitos
  • Degree diploma or professional qualification in Occupational Health & Safety Environmental Management Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience as an HSE Manager within the construction infrastructure energy or data centre sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and environmental regulations.
  • Experience conducting audits inspections and incident investigations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence and promote a strong safety culture across multiple projects.
  • Fluent Spanish and professional-level English.
