Job Summary
Remote based in Spain Leadership position

- You have several years of experience leading software engineering teams.
- You bring strong experience in cloud-native environments ideally AWS Kubernetes CI/CD and automation.
- You have successfully led technical transformation cloud migration or modernization initiatives.
- You have experience with AI-assisted development tools and are excited about driving their adoption.
- You combine technical credibility with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
- Lead and develop multiple engineering teams creating a high-performing and collaborative environment.
- Drive technical transformation initiatives including cloud-native and platform modernization projects.
- Partner with the CTO Product Managers and Architects to align engineering priorities with business goals.
- Champion modern engineering practices including AWS automation CI/CD and AI-assisted development.
- Provide direction support and clarity to teams enabling effective execution and ownership.
