Guidewire Business Analysts, Developers & Cloud Integration Architects (80-100)

As we expand across Switzerland and Spain were building our Guidewire practice and were looking for experienced Business Analysts Developers and Cloud Integration Architects to help shape it from the ground up.

Deliver Guidewire transformation projects for leading insurers while acting as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders. Youll help build MMGs Guidewire capability foster long-term client relationships and collaborate in entrepreneurial cross-functional consulting teams to drive successful transformation initiatives.

Were looking for Guidewire talents in the following 3 areas:

Guidewire (Senior) Cloud Integration Architects

• Several years of hands-on Guidewire experience with a track record of designing scalable enterprise integration architectures.
• Deep knowledge of Guidewire InsuranceSuite the Guidewire Cloud Integration Framework REST APIs and cloud-native integrations.

Guidewire Business Analysts

• Proven experience translating business requirements into Guidewire solutions.
• Strong knowledge of insurance processes.

Guidewire Developers

• Solid experience with Guidewire (Gosu PCF workflows business rules and Guidewire Studio).
• Knowledge of Guidewire Cloud APIs integrations and CI/CD practices.

• Guidewire project experience from 3 years for Business Analysts and Developers to senior-level experience for Cloud Integration Architects. InsuranceSuite expertise.
• Strong consulting and communication skills.
• Fluent English (German and/or Spanish are a plus).
• Guidewire certification is an advantage.

• Shape a Guidewire practice from the ground up. Work directly with experienced partners and insurance executives from day one minimal hierarchy and fast decisions.
