Are you passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and delivering personalized luxury service As a Guest Relations Agent you will play a key role in ensuring every guest feels genuinely welcomed valued and cared for throughout their stay. Acting as a trusted point of contact you will anticipate guest needs build meaningful relationships and resolve requests with professionalism empathy and attention to detail. If you have a natural talent for hospitality excellent communication skills and a passion for exceeding expectations wed love to meet you.

Your responsibilities will include

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism creating memorable first and lasting impressions throughout their stay.
• Build strong relationships with guests by anticipating their needs and delivering personalized experiences.
• Handle guest requests preferences special occasions and concerns promptly ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Front Office Housekeeping Food & Beverage Engineering Spa Security and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide accurate information about the resorts facilities dining venues recreational activities transportation and local attractions.
• Follow up on guest requests and service recovery actions ensuring all matters are resolved efficiently and to the highest standard.
• Support VIP arrivals long-stay guests and special events ensuring personalized attention at every stage of the guest journey.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences to enhance future experiences.
• Promote resort services and experiences that add value to each guests stay.
• Ensure every interaction reflects The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards and our commitment to legendary service.

What were looking for

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a warm approachable and guest-focused attitude.
• Previous experience in Guest Relations Front Office Concierge Guest Services or other luxury hospitality roles is preferred.
• A genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• The ability to work collaboratively across departments in a dynamic luxury environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; German and additional languages are highly valued.
• Proficiency in computer applications and preferably hotel property management systems.
• A valid work permit for Spain.
