Heres what youll do:

• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns full-time from strategy through execution
• Launch monitor and continuously improve Search Performance Max and any campaign type relevant to hit performance targets
• Own keyword research ad copywriting bidding strategy and budget allocation across campaigns
• Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Ads tracking tools
• Analyse campaign performance using different tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and translate data into actionable optimisations
• Build and share regular performance reports (e.g. via Looker Studio) with key insights and recommendations
• Identify opportunities to implement automations and AI processes to improve efficiency
• Collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing Strategist to align Google Ads activity with broader growth goals
• Stay on top of Google Ads platform updates betas and industry best practices

Job requirements:

• Full-time availability and dedicated focus on Google Ads
• Proven experience launching optimising and monitoring Google Ads campaigns (Search Demand Gen Performance Max etc.)
• Solid hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and Google-related tracking setups (conversion tracking GA4)
• Comfortable working with reporting tools such as Looker Studio to communicate performance insights
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear actionable decisions
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Self-motivated and equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team; you take ownership of your area while collaborating closely with others on strategy and how it connects to the bigger picture
