The Opportunity

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Global Customer Experience Training Specialist to join the Transformers Business Unit and help shape the future of energy through world-class learning and development.

In this role you will:

• Support the development and execution of a global training strategy.

How Youll Make an Impact

• Support the development and execution of a global Customer Experience training strategy that contributes to business success.
• Gather insights and analyze data to identify skill gaps and prioritize high-impact learning initiatives.
• Design and enhance training programs that incorporate industry trends and innovative technologies.
• Help define and track key performance indicators to evaluate training effectiveness and business impact.
• Implement and optimize processes and tools to enable consistent and scalable training delivery worldwide.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop accurate relevant and engaging training content.
• Support communication strategies that increase awareness of and engagement with training initiatives.

Your Profile

• Bachelors or masters degree in Engineering Business Administration Marketing Communications Education or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in customer experience marketing and sales training or learning and development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Hands-on experience in developing engaging training content and learning materials.
• Ability to assess training needs gather and analyze feedback and support the continuous improvement of learning programs.
• Knowledge of learning management systems particularly Cornerstone as well as digital learning tools.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
• A proactive collaborative and adaptable mindset with the ability to work effectively in a global environment.

The minimum salary for this position in Italy is starting from:38.000 .

The final offer will be based on candidate location skills and qualifications experience and aligned with internal pay structures.
