Job Summary

Are you a strategic thinker with a talent for driving business growth through digital innovation We are looking for a German-speaking Sales Representative to lead our expansion within the DACH market representing one of the most influential digital advertising platforms in the world.

In this role you will act as a Strategic Partner for German Austrian and Swiss brands helping them scale their reach through data-driven ad solutions and creative funnel strategies.

The Strategy: Prospecting to Performance

  • Market Intelligence: Identify and prioritize high-growth companies within the DACH region executing sophisticated outreach to key marketing stakeholders.
  • Solution Architecture: Conduct thorough discovery calls to align our advertising solutions with the clients specific business objectives and budget.
  • Revenue Leadership: Own the complete sales cyclefrom initial prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing high-value contracts.
  • Onboarding Excellence: Direct the first 90 days of the client journey ensuring successful campaign launches and providing data-backed optimization insights.
  • Portfolio Expansion: Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities by staying ahead of digital trends and client needs.

Your Qualifications:

  • Language: Native or near-native German (C1/C2) and professional English.
  • Experience: 2 years in B2B Sales Business Development or Account Management specifically within the tech or digital marketing sectors.
  • Platform Expertise: A strong understanding of social media ecosystems performance marketing and the e-commerce landscape.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation abilities and the confidence to present to C-level executives.
  • Organization: A self-starter capable of managing a high-volume pipeline using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
