Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
  • Create maintain and update a customer database with complete information.
  • Consolidate and build the customer base.
  • Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
  • Ensure consistent customer follow-up.
  • Monitor competitors products or services and develop selling strategies.
  • Handle customer needs and inquiries.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: C2 level of German with advanced English skills.
  • 20 months sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong capability to manage tasks autonomously and achieve goals without constant oversight.
  • CRM Experience: strong CRM experience capable of effectively utilizing CRM tools to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Communication Skills: strong communication skills capable of effectively conveying information and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Goal-Driven: comfortable in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals with a broader team.
  • Presentation Skills: good communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
  • Proactive Attitude: goal-oriented self-motivated individual who is confident and proactive.
  • Team Collaboration: able to work independently within a team environment.
