YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

In case of breakdowns and accidents our team ensures that private customers quickly and easily receive a replacement vehicle. We work closely with various insurance and roadside assistance companies processing their orders promptly and in a customer-oriented manner via email or phone then creating orders and reserving the requested vehicles.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Customer Orientation: You have an excellent ability to understand and anticipate customer needs ensuring their satisfaction with every interaction.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English; additional languages such as Spanish French Italian or Dutch are a plus.
• Effective Communication: You are open-minded communicative and enjoy writing and making phone calls.
• Flexibility: You can adapt to a dynamic and ever-evolving work environment including availability for night shifts.
• Teamwork: You collaborate effectively with other team members contributing to an international and dynamic environment that fosters cooperation.
• Solution-Focused: You have the ability to quickly identify problems and propose effective solutions ensuring service continuity and customer satisfaction.
• You have initial experience working with MS Office programs (Word Outlook).
• You work reliably independently and are service- and solution-oriented
