As a Customer Engagement Specialist you will:

• Conduct market research and information-gathering activities.

• Schedule appointments for sales and business development teams.

• Validate and enrich customer data and CRM records.

• Accurately document conversations and outcomes.

• Represent our clients in a professional and positive manner.

• You communicate professionally and work accurately.

• Availability of at least 20 hours per week.

• Excellent German language skills spoken and written.
