• Oversee the day-to-day operations of events ensuring seamless execution from setup to conclusion.
• Collaborate closely with the Functions Manager and Operations Manager to deliver high-profile events with precision and professionalism.
• Lead and inspire a team to exceed guest expectations delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
• Coordinate team schedules and rosters to align with event requirements ensuring efficiency and readiness.
• Act as the primary point of contact during events addressing guest feedback and resolving issues promptly.
• Train mentor and support the team fostering a motivated and professional environment.
• Maintain a meticulous approach to event preparation ensuring all details align with client expectations.

• Demonstrated experience in supervising operations for large-scale events or hospitality functions.
• Proven ability to lead develop and inspire a team in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours including late nights weekends and public holidays as required by the events schedule.
• A thorough understanding of food and beverage service and event operations.
• Professional appearance and demeanour with the confidence to interact with high-profile clients and guests.
