We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freelance Tech Recruiter (Part-time ) to identify attract and hire top technology talent.
The Tech Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs develop effective sourcing strategies and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions. This role requires strong communication skills knowledge of technology roles and the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements and team needs.
Source candidates through job boards social media networking referrals and direct outreach.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
Evaluate candidates technical skills experience and cultural fit.
Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the hiring process.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay informed about industry trends labor market conditions and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
Experience in recruiting with a focus on technical or IT roles.
Experience recruiting for positions such as Software Engineers Data Scientists DevOps Engineers Product Managers and other technical professionals.
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
The person needs to be a registered Freelance Recruiter in Spain
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a technology company staffing agency or recruitment firm.
Knowledge of software development methodologies and technology stacks.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
Professional recruiting certifications are a plus.
