Finnish Speaking Junior Solution Specialist

• Provide consultative support to Finnish-speaking business clients

• Assist with onboarding configuration and product activation

• Educate customers on cloud tools features and best practices

• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal technical teams as needed

• Understand business needs and recommend suitable solutions or upgrades

• Maintain detailed CRM records and customer documentation

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adoption

• Stay informed on product updates and industry trends

• Native/fluent Finnish (C1)

• Fluent English (B2)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Interest in technology and cloud solutions

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply

• Previous customer-facing or support experience is a plus (not mandatory)

• On-site role Málaga office

• Full-time: 39 hours/week
