Role: Finnish-speaking Fashion Support Consultant
Location: Malaga Spain On-site
Start Date: 1 November 2026

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary 21.000 euros gross/year up to 3.000 euros gross/year in bonus

• Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract: rotating schedule Monday - Sunday between 08:00 - 19:00

• Central location in Benalmadena

Relocation Support

Receive up to 500 as a bonus to cover your relocation expenses. This amount will be included in your payroll during your first or second full month.

About the Role

As a Fashion Support Consultant on our team you will:

- Take incoming customer calls (via telephone email voicemail chats or other automated alerts) and solve users demands.
- Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
- Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
- Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor. To follow all the processes and procedures of the project.
- Understand and comply with administrative duties

Requirements

• Proficient or bilingual in Finnish with an advanced level of English or Spanish

• Have excellent communication skills and adaptability

• Have customer care skills ability to listen to and understand the customers need

• EU passport or valid Spanish Residence Card

• Availability to work rotating shifts including weekends when required
