Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Finnish-speaking customers via email phone and live chat with inquiries regarding bookings payments and account services.
  • Serve as a mediator between customers and global accommodation providers to ensure quick and effective issue resolution.
  • Accurately maintain and update customer records within CRM systems and internal software.
  • Follow established operational guidelines while exercising sound judgment to resolve unique customer needs.
  • Collaborate actively with team members to meet quality standards and service targets.

Requirements:

  • Finnish: Native or C2 level; fluent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attentive listening abilities.
  • Solid computer literacy: Office 365 CRM platforms and general digital workflow tools.
  • Solution-driven mindset with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Resilience and a constructive attitude when handling challenging customer scenarios.
  • Prior experience in customer support contact centers or hospitality is preferred.

Benefits & Work Conditions:

  • Contract: Full-time (38.5 hours/week) scheduled Monday through Sunday with fixed shift patterns and 2 days off per week.
  • Salary: 23500 gross/year (plus quarterly performance bonuses).
