I am looking for a Finnish-speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers of well-known fashion brands. The role involves handling customer inquiries via phone email chat and other communication channels resolving issues providing product and service information and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will also document customer interactions meet service-level targets and escalate complex cases when necessary.

Requirements: Fluent or bilingual proficiency in Finnish.

Advanced English or Spanish.

Excellent communication active listening and customer service skills.

Ability to manage inquiries from initial contact through resolution.

Strong problem-solving skills adaptability and attention to detail.

Ability to follow established procedures and meet service-level agreements.

.Full-time 39 hours per week.
