Finance Controller

About the role :

As a Finance Controller you will support the Financial Controller in driving the agencys financial performance. You will act as a key liaison between finance and operations providing commercial insights supporting decision-making and ensuring financial discipline across the business.

Key responsibilities :

• Analyse client and project profitability monitoring margins and identifying risks and opportunities
• Support revenue recognition billing processes and monthly accruals
• Lead revenue and margin forecasting as well as variance analysis
• Contribute to budgeting and financial planning processes
• Partner with Client Services and Operations teams to support commercial decision-making
• Provide financial guidance on pricing contracts and project structures
• Support month-end close reporting and ensure data accuracy
• Coordinate with Shared Service Center (SSC) on accounting topics (AP AR etc.)
• Develop and improve financial reports dashboards and tracking tools
• Support financial processes controls and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & experience :

• 46 years of experience in finance (audit FP&A or controlling)
• Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset
• Advanced Excel skills
• Comfortable working with data and financial modelling
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in project-based environments is a plus
• Fluent in English
