FAL A400M Industrial Manager – Cost Management & EAC Control
Job Summary
Job Description:
This position is part of the Industrial Management organization within A400M FAL San Pablo. The role is focused on industrial cost management EAC control budget monitoring and operational financial performance across different work packages. The Industrial Manager will support the achievement of programme targets by ensuring cost efficiency financial visibility and coordination between Operations Finance Supply Chain Procurement and Programme stakeholders.
The candidate will act as a key interface between Industrial Operations and Finance ensuring accurate monitoring of industrial costs workload evolution forecasts and budget execution. The position also contributes to industrial strategy performance improvement and decision-making processes related to manufacturing activities and operational planning.
The Industrial Manager is responsible for monitoring and consolidating industrial financial indicators supporting EAC reviews identifying cost deviations and driving corrective actions to improve operational performance. The role requires strong coordination with multifunctional teams and active participation in strategic industrial initiatives.
Main activities include:
EAC OP and Forecast consolidation and monitoring.
Internal Headcount follow-up and workload control.
Monitoring of entries/exits and workforce evolution.
Cost Center monitoring and analysis.
SAP cost management and adjustment of financial properties.
Monitoring industrial costs versus EAC and budget.
Preparation of management reports dashboards and cost performance graphs.
Analysis of incurred costs and implementation of corrective actions.
Productivity and operational performance monitoring.
Follow-up of Subcontracting Work Package costs and payments.
Support to purchase requests payment processes and financial coordination.
Monitoring and correction of budget deviations and cost allocations.
Support to industrial bids and commercial offers from an Operations perspective.
Cost deviation analysis and financial risk assessment.
Support for industrial strategy activities workload scenarios and operational studies.
Coordination with Finance Procurement Programme and Supply Chain teams.
Preparation of presentations and management reviews related to workload headcount and financial control.
Support for continuous improvement initiatives related to industrial cost efficiency and operational performance.
Required profile:
University degree in Engineering Business Administration Finances or related field.
Fluent level of English is mandatory.
German language skills would be considered a plus.
Strong analytical and financial management skills.
Experience in industrial cost control budgeting and EAC management.
Knowledge of SAP and industrial financial processes.
Ability to work in a multifunctional and international environment.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Experience in aerospace or manufacturing environments is considered a plus.
