Were looking for experienced Spanish-speaking Expert Raters based in Spain to support AI data quality by coaching raters reviewing annotations and ensuring high-quality evaluation standards.

• Hourly Rate: $19.55/hour
• Schedule: 30 hours/week (potential to increase to 40 hours/week)
• Project Duration: 1 Month
• Start Date: 27th July

• Support and mentor AI Raters to improve rating quality and consistency.
• Review annotations and create high-quality gold-standard datasets.
• Conduct Tier 2 quality reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze data trends and KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet quality expectations.
• Prepare clear client communications feedback and documentation.
• Participate in AI research and quality improvement initiatives.

• Native or fluent Spanish.
• English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• 1 year of rating annotation or AI evaluation experience.
• Experience with data labeling content evaluation or quality assurance.
• Intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical communication research and coaching skills.
• Understanding of Spanish and U.S. cultural and societal norms is an advantage.

• Background in Social Sciences Linguistics Psychology Education or Quality Assurance.
• Experience mentoring teams or conducting quality reviews.

$19.55/hour
