Events Project Manager Digital Sector

Job Overview:

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in high-impact event execution Join a worldwide leader in customer experience management in beautiful Barcelona Spain! Operating under a dynamic hybrid working model you will play a key role in supporting one of our most significant clients by coordinating large-scale corporate events and regional summits within the fast-growing Cloud sector.

What You Will Do:

• Coordinate large-scale events and regional summits in the Cloud sector from end-to-end.
• Develop and manage detailed project scopes ensuring technical feasibility and complete stakeholder alignment.
• Perform proactive risk management to identify and minimize potential project risks.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and real-time project trackers to keep all phases on schedule.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple cross-functional teams and geographically dispersed stakeholders.
• Oversee all event logistics including staffing coordination venue management and ticketing.
• Create high-quality internal communications and presentations distributing them effectively to target audiences.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong experience specifically in event management strategic planning and large-scale execution.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical business experience.
• Native or fluent proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Proven ability to successfully lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Exceptional communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Strong general IT skills to navigate a data-heavy computer-based project management environment.
