• Plan and manage end-to-end event communications for trade shows industry conferences and sponsorships across European and global markets.
• Negotiate and manage sponsorship contracts booth agreements and vendor relationships for events such as Lab of the Future Future Labs Live and BPI Europe.
• Coordinate pre-event on-site and post-event communications to internal stakeholders sales teams and event participants.
• Align event communications with the Account-Based Experience (ABX) strategy and account target lists.
• Manage booth logistics including graphic design briefs digital display upgrades and physical booth assets.
• Act as primary liaison with external event organizers venues and third-party suppliers.
• Support account-based marketing activities by providing event intelligence attendee data and engagement tracking.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all event materials digital assets and external communications.
• Track event performance metrics and deliver post-event reports covering attendance sponsorship ROI and stakeholder engagement.
• Guide and support travel planning and logistics for SciY representatives attending industry events.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field; additional training or project management certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) is an advantage
• Strong technical skills: expert in MS Office; familiarity with event management platforms (e.g. Cvent Eventbrite); experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Wrike ClickUp Asana) and digital collaboration platforms
• Highly organized and proactive with excellent communication and time management skills
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
