As the legal team we support all areas of Fever by offeringclear advice risk management and legal insight that allow teams to move quickly and stay focused on what matters. We ensure alignment with local laws and regulations to support safe and compliant growth wherever Fever operates.
Our team is structured in:l Intellectual Property Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Joint Ventures PrivacyParalegal support. and Health & Safety. Together we cover the full legal landscape to meet the needs of a growing global business like Fever.
As a Health & Safety Specialist youll take part in managing H&S risks across both Fevers internal roles and the wide variety of events we promote and organize worldwide. Youll advise support and collaborate with multiple departments gaining experience and analytical skills in a company at the intersection of technology and entertainment.
This is a unique opportunity to grow within a forward-thinking team while helping shape a safer healthier work environment that supports employee wellbeing. Youll report to the Health and Safety Manager and support the core H&S and Environmental functions including:
- Implementing H&S and Environmental management systems
- Conducting risk assessments of Fever workspaces and job roles
- Assessing and supervising venues and live events
- Tracking and evaluating corrective and preventive measures
- Performing ergonomic hygienic and psychosocial risk evaluations
- Reviewing H&S and environmental clauses in contracts with suppliers and partners
- Analyzing legal and ISO (or equivalent) compliance requirements
- Managing contracts with external H&S international providers
- Collaboration and maintenance of the quality and environmental management system
- Make proper use of the resources provided by the organization
- Carry out appropriate waste segregation
- Eager to learn and grow through real-world experience
- Certified as a Spain Occupational Risk Prevention Technician (three specialties)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- A team player with strong communication skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages (French German Italian Portuguese Japanese or Arabic) are a plus
- Ready to work full-time (start date negotiable)
- Willing to visit work sites and venues in Fever markets when needed
