About Smart Protection
At Smart Protection we fight the piracy of audiovisual content and product counterfeiting on the internet. We do this by combining the capabilities of our technology platform with those of our team of data analysts.
We do it in a three-phase process: We capture large amounts of information online (big data) analyze it to identify violations (machine learning) and eliminate them (legaltech) on each platform that hosts this way we minimize the negative effects that illegal actions have on our clients sales and on the reputation of their brand.

What will you do
Legal Analysis: Identification and assessment of potential intellectual and industrial property infringements as well as consultation of applicable regulations.
Claims Management: Preparation and submission of claims to platforms verification of potential infringements and follow-up on requests for the removal and reinstatement of content or products.
Drafting and Adapting Complaints: Developing and adapting arguments for complaints and requests addressed to various platforms in accordance with their requirements and procedures.
Communication and Incident Management: Reviewing and responding to emails managing communications with platforms and tracking incidents related to the actions taken.

What do we need from you
Academic background in:
Possibility of signing an Internship agreement with the corresponding Trainign center / University.

What do we need from you
Academic background in:
- Bachelors Degree in Law (Derecho).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Masters Degree or postgraduate specialization in Intellectual Property (IP) Information Society Law Tech Law or similar disciplines.
Possibility of signing an Internship agreement with the corresponding Trainign center / University.
