This role is a Hybrid Role: Employees are expected to work from our Cornellà de Llobregat (Barcelona) office 3 days per week and may work remotely the remaining days
Overview
We are looking for aneCommerce Key Account Manager to lead the commercial growth strategy for our Beauty portfolio across Amazon Europe.
Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager Amazon EU this role will be responsible for driving revenue growth profitability and business expansion opportunities across the European eCommerce landscape. The successful candidate will act as the key commercial owner for Amazon EU working closely with the Activation Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated and impactful business plans.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Account Management
- Own Europe Beauty revenue and profitability targets across Amazon EU.
- Manage the day-to-day commercial relationship with key eCommerce customers.
- Lead annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) category negotiations and investment strategies to support sustainable growth.
- Drive assortment strategy pricing architecture brand distribution and profitability initiatives to maintain a competitive market position.
Business Development
- Identify growth opportunities across markets categories and customer segments.
- Develop and execute geographic expansion plans and new product launch strategies.
- Explore white-space opportunities and drive the growth of existing and emerging brands.
Operational Excellence
- Partner with Supply Chain teams to improve forecasting accuracy demand planning product availability and operational performance.
- Monitor and optimize key Amazon performance metrics including availability traffic conversion margin Buy Box performance and operational excellence indicators.
- Implement corrective actions to improve business outcomes and customer experience.
Analytics & Insights
- Leverage sales data consumer insights search analytics and retail media performance to support decision-making.
- Develop dashboards trackers and business reports that provide visibility and drive strategic planning.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations that support growth and profitability.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Finance Supply Chain European Category teams and Global stakeholders.
- Partner with the Activation Manager to ensure content retail media and brand experiences effectively support commercial objectives.
- Foster alignment across functions to deliver best-in-class execution.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in eCommerce or commercial roles.
- Minimum 2 years managing Amazon Retail and/or Seller Central accounts.
- Experience within FMCG Beauty or Consumer Goods is strongly preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Advanced analytical capabilities including Excel and Business Intelligence tools.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams.
