Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers and provide fast and friendly service.
• Answer customer inquiries by phone and email offering tailored solutions.
• Ensure accurate administrative follow-up of all customer requests.
• Contribute to a safe and reliable experience for our customers.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch both spoken and written with a good command of English.
• Customer-oriented empathetic and a strong communicator.
• Experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
• Solution-oriented able to work well under pressure and capable of multitasking.
• Comfortable working with computer systems and software applications.
• A valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required.

What We Offer

• Base salary: 1600 gross per month (based on a 39-hour contract)
• Monthly bonus: 200 gross (based on quality and adherence to schedule)
• Permanent contract after a 1-month probation period
