The job itself

The Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor will support eCommerce customers across multiple channels handling enquiries complaints and more complex issues while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills empathy and the ability to remain calm under pressure while accurately documenting customer interactions. Work schedule: Mon-Fri 09 AM 6 PM 2 Saturdays per month In short: Customer Support eCommerce Multichannel

Day to day that means the Dutch-speaking Customer Service advisor will support eCommerce customers across multiple channels handling enquiries complaints and more complex issues while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills empathy and the ability to remain calm under pressure while accurately documenting customer interactions.
