Dutch-Speaking Customer Expert Work Remotely from Greece

Our client a leading e-commerce company is looking for native-level Dutch speakers to join its customer support team. No customer service experience needed. You get full training a relocation package and a clear path to grow.

• Be the first point of contact for customers and partners via phone chat and email
• Handle after-sales topics: order status product details invoicing and complaints
• Work with a range of internal and external tools to find fast accurate solutions
• Take on escalated cases and turn them into satisfied customers
• Grow into roles such as mentor trainer or Quality Assurance specialist

• Native-level or C2 Dutch
• English at B2 level (used for training)
• Good problem-solving skills and a creative approach
• Experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus but not required

Compensation

• 1300 gross/month 14 salaries
• Productivity bonus of up to 15% of your gross salary based on target achievement
• 450 gross bonus after completing your training
• 450 gross loyalty bonus after 12 months
