As a Customer Service Representative you will play a key role in supporting clients by managing their orders providing guidance and assisting with first-level technical and product-related inquiries. Youll work on-site in a vibrant office environment engaging with clients via CRM systems and SAP tools.

Your Role

• Handle incoming customer calls using the CRM portal
• Create quotations and process orders through the SAP system
• Communicate delivery timelines and manage expectations
• Provide product guidance based on catalogue-level knowledge
• Deliver first-level technical support and help customers identify the right solutions for their needs

Your Profile

• Fluent or bilingual in Dutch & French with advanced English skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum required)
• Interest in technical topics and a willingness to stay on the project long-term (2 years)
• Strong communication skills customer orientation and commercial awareness A business-focused mindset to support effective engagement with customers
