The Opportunity

This position will be located in Barcelona and its for our Electrophysiology (EP) division. As a District Manager with a strong commercial background youll contribute leading a team of 9 people and will not only be in charge of commercial aspects but also be crucial in team alignment and development.

This management will be responsible for the Eastern region which includes Catalonia Aragon and the Balearic Islands.

What Youll Do

• Contribute to Company Annual Business Plan by achieving his/her personal objectives (Sales marketing scrap etc.) which were defined by the company.

• Increase sales introduce new products deal with tenders of the reguion open new accounts

• Undertanding of EP products and strategy

• Carry out market prospection

• Customer visits

• Team management

  • Alignment of the team to achieve new market needs

  • Team retention and development

  • Manage the sales force to above plan performance

  • Create a team spirit

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree

• Minimum 5 years of Medical device cardiology experience will be an add value.

• English: Proficiency
