As Director Global Business Development Brand Outsourcing and HCP Engagement you will play a pivotal role in driving growth across international markets. This position is responsible for developing and executing global business development expanding existing client relationships and opening new markets for IQVIAs commercial outsourcing deployment and engagement solutions.

The role operates across multiple geographies working with senior stakeholders cross-functional teams and regional leadership to sell scalable innovative solutions to pharmaceutical emerging biotech and medical technology organisations.

Location: Global flexible location (with significant international collaboration and travel)

• Act as a trusted strategic advisor across the commercial lifecycle
• Lead executivelevel discussions and negotiations

• Lead complex multicountry proposal development
• Coordinate crossfunctional teams
• Own opportunities from qualification through contract handover

• 10 years experience in Life Sciences commercial leadership or business development ideally in roles such as a General Manager Head of Sales or Business Unit manager within a large pharma organization
• Proven success selling complex global outsourcing solutions
• Strong executive communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to operate effectively across cultures and geographies
