Our process starts from conceptualisation and design leading to manufacturing and distribution.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Digital Process Engineer to join our Operations team and support the continuous improvement of our internal processes and digital tools.

This role will play a key part in optimising workflows mapping business processes improving information flows and supporting the evolution of our ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The ideal candidate is a recent early-career professional with a background in Industrial Engineering Engineering Management Organisational Engineering or a related field who is passionate about process improvement and digital transformation.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Analyse and document business processes across different departments.
• Create and maintain process maps workflows and data flow diagrams.
• Support the continuous improvement of operational and administrative processes.
• Collaborate with different teams to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
• Support the management and evolution of our ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Gather and document business requirements for ERP improvements and new functionalities.
• Monitor and improve information flows between departments to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Assist in ERP testing validation and implementation of new functionalities.
• Create and maintain process documentation procedures and user guides.
• Deliver training sessions and provide support to end users following ERP updates or process changes.
• Participate in digitalisation and continuous improvement projects across the organisation.
• Work closely with the Production Engineering and Operations teams to align systems and processes with business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering Engineering Management Organisational Engineering Business Engineering or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Strong interest in process optimisation digital transformation and business systems.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand and document business processes.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (B1-B2 level)

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of ERP systems especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio Lucidchart or similar.
• Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments through internships projects or professional experience.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI or data analysis tools.
