Youllcombineresponsibilitiesof demand planning with product configuration management and change -to-dayyoullwork closely with teams across the business (Production Purchase and Industrial)coordinate andconsolidatedemand from the main leading manufacturing unitsand much more.
Youllspecifically take care ofensuring properalignmentbetweendemand from leading manufacturing units and the industrial and engineering execution of thesite butalsoanalyze variations in bogie demand and process them using dedicated advanced planning tools.
Welllooktoyoufor:
AdvancedcreationandmaintenanceofBillsofMaterials(BOMs) in SAPforthedifferentbogiesmanufacturedatthesite.
Ensureconsistencybetweendemandproductstructures andmanufacturingplanning.
Translatedemandchangesintoastableandrollingmanufacturingplan.
Ensuremaximumworkloadstabilityfortheproductioncenter.
Securecompliancewithdeliverydatesrequiredbytheleadingunits.
Minimizefinishedgoodsinventorylevelswhilebalancingcapacitydemand anddeliveries.
Beaccountablefortheconfigurationofproductsdeliveredtothedifferentcustomerunits.
Coordinateproductdesignevolutions(EngineeringChanges).
Ensurecorrectimplementationofdesignchangesinmanufacturedbogies.
ActastheinterfacebetweenEngineeringProductionSupplyChain andtheleadingunitsforeffectivechangemanagement.
Ensuretraceabilityandconsistencyofdeliveredconfigurations.
Allaboutyou

TechnicalorUniversitydegreeinEngineeringorrelated.
5yearsofexperiencein similar positions.
ExperienceworkingwithSAP.
IntermediateEnglishwilbevaluable.
Knowledgeorexperienceofindustrialmanufacturing.
