Are you detail-oriented passionate about data quality and looking to grow your career in an international environment We are seeking a Database Operator (Dutch Speaker) to join our dynamic and multicultural this role you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy consistency and integrity of our product databases while collaborating with colleagues across different countries and functions.

What Youll Do
- Maintain and update product reference databases for the Dutch market ensuring high levels of data accuracy and quality.
- Classify standardize and organize product information according to company guidelines hierarchies and business rules.
- Identify and implement updates corrections and enhancements to existing reference files.
- Collaborate with local teams and stakeholders to validate data resolve discrepancies and enrich database content.
- Investigate and resolve routine data issues and exceptions in a timely manner.
- Perform regular quality checks and apply corrective actions when necessary.
- Maintain clear documentation of processes procedures and data management activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
What Were Looking For
- Fluent Dutch and a good level of English both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in data entry database maintenance data management or a similar administrative role is highly valued.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
- Professional communication skills both via email and phone.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in an international or multinational environment is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
